A few weeks ago, I got the call to DJ a corporate event in Mountain View for a Bay Area tech company. They were looking for a high-energy DJ setup with powerful sound, and we delivered. We brought out our full sound system, including our "big boy" speakers and additional tops, perfect for the large campus setting.

The event took place in the inner quad of their corporate campus, with my DJ booth positioned under a canopy on the second level. This gave me a great view to direct the sound across the festivities. The theme was tropical, giving it a relaxed, summer-vibe atmosphere—almost like a corporate pool party without the pool and the cabanas.

We spun a mix of 2000s and 2010s dance music, which kept the crowd energized. The first time we hit the rink, we decided to go all out and bring vinyl. That’s right—real records. It was a bit more work setting everything up, but the sound and feel were absolutely worth it. There’s just something magical about skating to vinyl—it gives the entire experience a warm, nostalgic edge that digital can’t replicate.

On our next visit, we decided to push things further. Even though the rink already had a solid DJ setup, we brought an extra system to sneak in some quick mixing sessions. The goal? To layer in our own beats and blend them into the vibe already happening. It was spontaneous, fun, and added a unique twist that the crowd loved.

It was the last weekend for the roller rink. I am looking forward if they come back next year.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of DJing a high-energy event at Andrew Hill High School — and what a night it was! After already rocking one of their school dances two times this year, we were invited back to DJ their May party and the energy didn’t miss a beat. This time around, the students gave us a special twist — a Coachella-themed playlist. Think house music, Spanish jams, and non-stop dancing! This past weekend, we had the incredible opportunity to DJ the Overfelt High School prom at one of San Jose’s most stylish event spaces — Blanco Urban Venue. From setup to the final song, everything went off smoothly, starting with quick and easy access to the parking garage for unloading.

A few weeks ago, I received an email asking me to DJ a middle school dance in San Jose. The school provided a playlist with enough songs to cover about an hour and a half, but my set was scheduled for 2.5 hours.
